I will work with you to develop and (sometimes) implement relevant and enriching programming for your community, drawn from your core values.
I am committed to bringing honesty and curiosity to my work. Whether you are hoping to create new outreach for young adults, examine a social justice issue in your community, or deepen and sustain already existing programs, I look forward to connecting with you.
I would be honored to serve as a speaker or panelist at your event. If you are interested in parish missions or preaching I can develop some ideas of my own or take inspiration from your vision. Be assured I will bring prayer to my preparation and a spirit of honesty and reflection to my words.
Retreats
I can provide brainstorming, program development, or full implementation of retreats and days of reflection depending on your needs.
We will set goals, develop themes, imagine broadly and also bring to your retreat some tangible outcomes for retreatants.
I bring a spirit of flexibility to retreats. In the past I have coordinated and directed retreats with infants in arms, young adults who needed to relax, days of reflection for grieving communities, as well as ecumenical and interfaith retreats.

Spiritual direction is usually a 1:1 meeting that allows for you to take some time to reflect on the role of the Sacred in your life. Exploring your particular spiritual practices, discussion of your religious history, and reflecting on one’s own thoughts and feelings about God are all part of a spiritual direction relationship.
As a spiritual director, I am rooted in my own Christian Catholic practice. I believe that we are all created in God’s image. As such, I seek to provide a safe presence for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non binary, asexual and queer people who wish to explore spiritual direction. Babies in arms are also welcome to join their caregivers in spiritual direction.
Fees
I offer a free brainstorming conversation if you want to explore new ideas or consult informally about your needs.
All of my fees are sliding scale, and proposals will include multiple options. Based on your needs and fiscal limitations, I will discern with you and offer a range of possible services.
I am comfortable connecting via video conferencing as well as traveling to your location, both in the United States and internationally. Above all don’t hesitate to open the door to a conversation and imagine.
